Lucinda assists in a range of property matters including:

• sale and acquisition of land and general conveyancing;

• development projects;

• retail leasing; and

• adverse possession.

Lucinda initially worked as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of South Australia in both the criminal and civil divisions before gaining valuable experience in environmental and planning aspects of Property law while providing judicial support to the Senior Judge of the Environment, Resources and Development Court of South Australia. Prior to joining private practice, Lucinda also worked in the South Australian and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunals and the County Court of Victoria assisting in the civil division and appeals and post sentence applications list.

Lucinda enjoys working with clients in all aspects of residential and commercial transactions to develop simple and workable solutions. With her careful and methodical approach, Lucinda considers the individual needs and circumstances of each of her clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
