Andrew is the founder and Managing Director of Harris Carlson Lawyers and has extensive and relevant experience advising a diverse range of clients, from large multinational private companies to high wealth individuals.
Andrew’s prior experience (including as General Counsel for a multi-national and publicly listed technology company) contributes to him providing timely and commercial advice on a broad range of commercial and general business related matters overseeing the firms services in the area of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, employment, intellectual property and general contractual matters.
Andrew also acts for a number of bankruptcy trustees in relation to personal insolvency matters.
Andrew is also legal counsel for his beloved North Melbourne Football Club.
After joining Harris Carlson Lawyers in 2009, Michael was appointed as a Director in 2012.
Michael's practice incorporates a broad range of commercial disciplines, including a strong emphasis on business advisory and property law transactions.
Michael also provides clients with advice in relation to Wills, Estates and Succession Planning.
Michael's experience across a range of industries, acting for both corporate and individual clients, is founded on the provision of timely, accurate and commercially balanced advice.
Robin joined Harris Carlson as a Director after over 20 years in private practice doing a broad range of commercial work.
Previously Robin worked as a sole practitioner servicing purely commercial clients, primarily in the area of commercial litigation.
Robin's clients are now being integrated into Harris Carlson. They include businesses of all sizes, in a range of industries.
Meg is a member of the Commercial Litigation team at Harris Carlson Lawyers and has a depth of experience in acting for a range of Litigants in both State and Federal jurisdictions.
While Meg’s practice covers a range of areas, she has a particular passion for assisting clients in the complex area of Bankruptcy and Corporate Insolvency, along with Debt Recovery and Enforcement. Like all areas of the law that she practices, Meg is able to formulate and advise clients on a path to resolution that is both commercial and practical, taking into consideration the specific needs of each client and circumstance.

Rachelle is a solicitor practicing in our commercial and property practice areas. She has an interest in all matters in the commercial sphere and enjoys finding accessible, practical and commercial results for her clients.
Prior to joining Harris Carlson Lawyers, Rachelle gained experience in a boutique commercial practice where she provided legal advice to a wide range of clients in the property sector and practiced in the areas of commercial law and disputes.
Laura has worked in the legal industry since 2000, in both large and mid-tier firms. Laura predominately works in our Commercial and Corporate Law Department, including the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency, where her attention to detail and thoroughness serves our clients well.
In particular, Laura has a focus on the areas of business sales and purchases, Employment Law and Intellectual Property Law. Each of these discreet areas of Law are covered by a large volume of legislation and common law and Laura is able to assist in all aspects of these complex areas, providing clients with simple, workable solutions.
Drew is a Senior Associate practising in our Estate Planning & Succession, Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions teams.
Drew joined Harris Carlson in late 2009 and has returned to the firm after working for a national firm from October 2017 until August 2019.Prior to joining us, Drew gained experience in a variety of general practice areas, including Estate Planning and general commercial advice in a New Zealand firm, prior to moving to Melbourne in 2005 and working as a Senior Estate Planning Lawyer for State Trustees and then joining the Regulation Directorate of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in 2007.
Tim practices in commercial litigation, with a specialisation in corporate and personal insolvency. His experience includes acting on behalf of prominent Liquidators and Bankruptcy Trustees, ASX200 companies in debt recovery proceedings and large insurance companies.
Tim has acted in diverse and complex range of proceedings and has appeared in most Victorian and Federal Courts and Tribunals. He strives to obtain the best possible result for his clients and has successfully resolved many complex commercial disputes.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts and has been working in the legal industry since 2012. Kim joined the Property and Commercial team at Harris Carlson in September 2017 and assists a wide range of clients, from individuals buying their first home to large private companies. She has proven herself to be an integral part of the team.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts and has been working in the legal industry since 2015. Patrick has an interest in Employment Law as well as commercial and general business matters.
Patrick enjoys providing well researched and practical advice to clients.
Megan joined Harris Carlson Lawyers in May 2017. At Harris Carlson Lawyers, Megan supports our property, insolvency and commercial teams across a range of transactions, including, Residential conveyancing, commercial sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing, property development and subdivisions.
Maryam has worked in the property sector since graduating from university with a Bachelor of Legal Studies. Prior to joining Harris Carlson, Maryam worked in a mid-tier firm gaining experience in development and off-the-plan transactions.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and has been working in the legal industry since 2017. Susan assists with transactions involving real property in bankruptcy and proceeds of crime in all States and Territories of Australia.
